Air- and Exhaust Systems
Air intake systems, whether as pocket or pulse filters in a compact design for small and medium-sized gas
turbines and for larger gas turbines in a modular design, are designed with the highest level of standardization.
Anti-icing or wet compression systems are available to improve gas turbine performance.
Exhaust systems for thermal power plants are complex. Louver dampers control the gas flow and close sections
of the exhaust system. Expansion joints accommodate the expansion of the ducts.
Exhaust gas desulfurization and DeNox as well as heat recovery heat exchangers for preheating
the combustion air and a number of fans whether radial or axil transport.
The exhaust gas through the systems. For gas turbine operation, silencers are required in the exhaust system
as well as diverter damper to control the exhaust gas flow, in combined cycle operation.
